This is me doing my diary. I have missed a few days in it. But I'm catching up now.

Old Town Square in Prague - July 16

This is the famous astronomical clock in the Old Town Square. It has sculptures all around it. The windows open when the clock strickes and the apostles pass by the windows. The skeleton rings a bell. The rooster crows.

On Sunday, there was a jazz band in the square.




We went to Old Town Square lots of times.
This is a church in the square.
Me and Dad went to the Information Centre. Then Dad met some friends of his from Australia and they said not to trust the advice of the Information Centre people.

Prague - July 16

When we flew to Prague, our plane was delayed. It was supposed to arrive at 4 pm, but we got there at 7.30 pm.
This is my room in our apartmnent in Prague. It was in the Old Town (Stare Mesto). Downstairs from our apartment was a cafe. It played good music.

Our view

We had a great time in Ireland. We had a great view from the Granary where we stayed on the farm.
We left Ireland on July 15 and travelled to Prague.

Swimming in the Irish Sea - July 14

We swam (me and Dad) in the Irish Sea at Brittas Bay. The water was freezing!!

Stuck on the train - July 13

The Spire in O'Connell Street, Dublin.

River Liffey


We went to Dublin, via the train breaking down and getting stuck on it for 2 hours! We eventually got to Dublin and went to the university. We went on a double-decker bus. We saw the River Liffey and the Spire. We had dinner in a pub called the Down Under. It pretended to be Australian.

Will and Mella

This is my friend Mella. I haven't seen Mella for 2 years. It was nice to see her.

Wicklow Gaol - July 10

We went to Wicklow Gaol. It was good. Some people were sent to Australia from here. Some people were sent to Australia for stealing bread. They were scared of the spiders and snakes in New South Wales.

Two rivers meet at this place. The water was brown and blue.

Will's bedroom in Ireland

This is my bedroom in Ireland.

Ireland - Ballard Farm July 9

This is where we stayed. There was another family with children staying on the farm as well.

After school on Tuesday June 27, my friends and I played at Lakewood,
and we had a party. It was fun. I said: "See you in September".
